OCPA planning meetings are typically held at PacifiCorp in Northeast Portland, in the Lloyd Center Tower.

Lloyd Center Tower is located between 7th and 9th on Multnomah St.  There is free parking in the Lloyd Center Mall, and you can enter the Lloyd Center Tower through the sky bridge on the 2nd level of Nordstrom.  Take elevators to floor 10.
